Why Have I Created JamesRunsFar?
I think that one of the best ways to explore your limits is to test yourself physically.
This means attempting to push yourself to do things that you never thought were possible.
With JamesRunsFar, I hope to do two things:
1) To Inspire you
I want to inspire you to push yourself past your own limits.
That could be attempting to break a world record.
Or it could be attempting to break your own record, like a PB.
2) TO inform you
The site is full of tips, advice and tools that I've used on myself in over 10 years of training and seen others use as well.
